Get Healthy and Stay Healthy

I want to live a healthy lifestyle. I want to be a doctor so I believe that I should be an example of living a healthy lifestyle. With that being said, I want to start eating healthier foods and work out as well. I have been struggling with this because of the time allotted in my schedule. I am hoping that next semester I will be able to move my schedule around so that I can cook healthy meals and work out. I also really want to start exercising and eating healthier because when I do I feel exponentially better! It is a great feeling.

Action Plan:

  • Buy healthier foods that are nutritious
  • Work out 3-4 days a week
  • Complete cardio at least 1 day a week
  • Try to sleep at least 6 hours a night
